Medford Chamber Offering $1,000 Scholarship

Students must submit 500 word essay on "Why I Want to Continue My Education In Business."

The Medford Chamber of Commerce with the Brookhaven Chambers of Commerce Collation (BCCC) is inviting senior high school students to apply for a $1,000 scholarship.

Perspective applicants must submit a 500 word essay on "Why I Want to Continue My Education in Business."

The winning essay will be presented the scholarship at the Brookhaven Chambers of Commerce Coalition Member of the Year Reception Dinner on April 18 at Windows On The Lake in Ronkonkoma. The winner and their parent/guardian will be BCCC's guests.

Essays must be submitted by March 1 through email to bransome@optonline.netAttn: Barbara Ransome. Emails must include name, address, phone number and any other contact information. A short bio and/or resume is optional. There is no other formal application.
