Pat-Med Starts School Budget Workshops in January

Patchogue-Medford School District has announced the first two workshops for planning the 2014-2015 academic year budget.

The first meeting will take place on Monday, Jan. 6 at 6 p.m. with the likely purpose of the Board of Education entering executive session, and resuming public session at 7 p.m. in the conference room at South Ocean Middle School, 225 S. Ocean Ave. in Patchogue. This meeting is also a special meting of the Board of Education.

The second meeting is taking place Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. in the same place.

Also announced is the board's January business meeting, which is taking place Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. for the likely purpose of entering executive session and resuming public session at 7:30 p.m. This meeting will take place at Patchogue-Medford High School, 181 Buffalo Ave. in Medford.
